This entry goes to Srivalli's breakfast mela 2011 .This is a very simple and healthy one .It does not have any oil at all and a steamed one too. Here goes the recipe:

Ingredients for idiyappam:
Raw rice flour-1cup

salt

Method:
  • Fry the rice flour just for five minutes on a slow fire so that it becomes little fluffy(we can put rangoli)Add required salt.
  • Add the boiling water so that it becomes a stiff dough.
  • Leave it for two minutes and by just sprinkling little cold water make it a smooth dough.
  • Squeeze it through the omapodi vessel or if you have the wooden idiyappam naazhi on a idli stand and steam it for ten minutes. The healthy idiyappam is ready to serve.

Ingredients for stew:
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Coconut milk-2cups
Green chillies -4(according to spicy level)
