This month I am paired with Anu kollon who gave me two ingredients coconut and jaggery
First had an idea of making kheer then thought of adding some groundnut to make balls
(Skin removed). 2 cups
Dry roasted. 1 cup
Cardamom. 1 tsp
Dry ginger. 1 tsp
Take a kadai add 3 tbsp of water,remove the impurities by dissolving and then make a thick syrup(when you drop it in water it makes a small sound and does not stick).Switch off the gas .Add all the ingredients,wait for five minutes as when it is warm try making it into balls.
Very tasty and healthy snack is ready
